Umtausch:

Wenn Sie eine andere Größe desselben Modells benötigen, beantragen Sie einen Umtausch und wir tauschen es für Sie um, sofern es vorrätig ist.
Wenn Sie einen schnellen Umtausch benötigen, geben Sie eine neue Bestellung auf und senden Sie die erste zurück.

Rücksendung:
Bei Bestellungen, die mit dem Black Friday 2025-Rabatt aufgegeben wurden, wird eine pauschale Rücksendungsgebühr von 17 EUR von Ihrer Rückerstattung abgezogen.

Umtausch oder Rückgabe veranlassen:
Senden Sie uns über das Kontaktformular eine kurze Nachricht mit Ihrer Bestellnummer und der gewünschten Größe im Falle eines Umtauschs. Oder „Rückgabe” für eine Rückerstattung.
Wir erstellen dann ein Versandetikett für Sie.

Produktzustand:
Schuhe oder andere Produkte müssen neu, ungetragen und unbenutzt sein. Kratzer, Falten oder sonstige Gebrauchsspuren machen Schuhe für eine Rückgabe oder Rückerstattung unzulässig. Um zu überprüfen, ob die Schuhe die richtige Größe haben, müssen Sie nicht damit laufen, sondern können am besten die Passform-Anleitung unten auf dieser Seite verwenden.

Sekundenware/B-Ware
Produkte, die als Sekundenware/B-Ware gekennzeichnet sind, sind vom Umtausch, von der Rückgabe und von der Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen.
