Wenn du einen schnellen Umtausch brauchst, gib bitte eine neue Bestellung auf und sende das erste Paar zurück.

Rücksendung (kein Umtausch):
Für Rücksendungen wird eine Pauschale von 10 EUR von deiner Rückerstattung abgezogen.

Umtausch oder Rückgabe einleiten:
Sende uns eine kurze Nachricht über das Kontaktformular mit deiner Bestellnummer und – im Falle eines Umtauschs – der benötigten Größe. Oder „Rückgabe“ für eine Erstattung.
Wir erstellen dann ein Versandlabel für dich.

Zustand der Produkte:
Schuhe oder andere Produkte müssen neu, ungetragen und unbenutzt sein. Kratzer, Falten oder jegliche Gebrauchsspuren machen eine Rückgabe oder Erstattung unmöglich. Das Prüfen der Größe erfordert kein Probelaufen und funktioniert am besten mit der Anprobe-Anleitung unten auf dieser Seite.

Seconds / B-Ware:
Produkte, die als Seconds / B-Ware gekennzeichnet sind, sind vom Umtausch, der Rückerstattung oder Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Bestellstornierungen:
Bei einer Stornierung deiner Bestellung vor dem Versand fällt eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15 EUR an, um Transaktionskosten zu decken.

Schuhe oder andere Produkte müssen neu, ungetragen und unbenutzt sein. Kratzer, Falten oder andere Gebrauchsspuren machen Schuhe für eine Rückgabe oder Rückerstattung unzulässig. Um zu überprüfen, ob die Schuhe die richtige Größe haben, ist es nicht erforderlich, sie anzuprobieren. Am besten verwenden Sie dazu die Passform-Anleitung am Ende dieser Seite.

Sekundenware/B-Ware
Produkte, die als Sekundenware/B-Ware gekennzeichnet sind, sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen und können nicht zurückgegeben, erstattet oder umgetauscht werden.

Stornierung von Bestellungen
Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung vor dem Versand stornieren, fällt eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr in Höhe von 15 EUR zur Deckung der Transaktionskosten an.

Etwaige Zollgebühren und Umsatzsteuern werden von uns nicht erstattet. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie bei Ihrer örtlichen Zollstelle.

Kann innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung vorgenommen werden.

Umtausch:
