What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
When placing an order at lennertson.com we solely collect the information you provide us with that is necessary for the placing and successfully delivering of your order.
The information that is collected is: your name, address for the delivery of your order, your billing address and details of your order. We also collect your email and phone number in order to contact you when your order has been dispatched and is ready for delivery.
You may optionally fill in your date of birth. We use this to gather insights on the ages of our customer base and to possibly send you special offers on your birthday, but like stated, this is optional.
This information is collected and managed so that we can fulfill our part of the contract with you. The information collected is used to provide you with a good shopping experience.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we will also add your email address to our newsletter list and it will be kept there until you, at any time, unsubscribes by following the link at the bottom of the newsletter or get in contact with us through info@lennertson.com.
We may also use your personal data to send you sales and marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you if you have opted in for this by signing up for our newsletter.
For how long do we retain your data?
The data collected during your purchase on Lennertson.com are retained in accordance with the applicable tax law (seven years in Belgium), while the data used to send you our newsletter are retained until you ask to be unsubscribed.
